01 Acceptance
By creating an account or using Tymbre, you agree to these terms and to our
privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
02 Who provides Tymbre
Tymbre is provided by salecki.digital (Sole trader registered in Poland), owned by Mikołaj Salecki.
ul. Gen. Jasińskiego 11/51, 05-500 Piaseczno, Poland. NIP 1231052003, REGON 361948200. You can
reach us at hi@salecki.digital.
03 Definitions
- App. The Tymbre iOS application and the tymbre.app website.
- Service. The presentation coaching Tymbre provides: analysis of your recordings and the results it returns.
- Content. The recordings, slides, and other material you submit.
- Subscription. A paid plan (Speaker or Master) purchased through Apple.
04 The service
Tymbre records short practice runs and returns coaching: a CLEAR score, suggestions, and a transcript. It is
a practice and feedback tool. It is not professional, medical, or legal advice, and it does not guarantee any
particular outcome in a real presentation.
05 Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use Tymbre. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your
sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You agree to give accurate account
information and to keep it current.
If you sign up with an email address but do not confirm it, the unconfirmed account is removed
automatically after 48 hours. You can sign up again at any time, and you can delete a confirmed
account whenever you want from the app.
06 Subscriptions and billing
Paid tiers are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple’s App Store and billed to your Apple ID.
Speaker is $9.99 per month and Master is $19.99 per month, in the currency Apple shows you at purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- Manage, change, or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the next renewal.
- Payment, renewals, and the purchase itself are also governed by Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement.
07 Free tier and fair use
The Solo tier is free and needs no card. Each tier includes a monthly pool of minutes and a set of features.
We ask that you use the service as intended, for your own practice, and not in a way that abuses the
included quotas or degrades the service for others.
08 Your content
Your recordings and slides are yours. You keep all rights to them. You grant salecki.digital a limited
licence to host, process, and analyse your Content solely to provide the service to you, including sending it
to our AI processor to generate your results. We do not sell your Content and we do not use it to train our
own models.
You are responsible for what you record. Only record people who have agreed to it, and do not upload material
you do not have the right to use.
09 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Tymbre to break the law or to record someone unlawfully.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the app, its quotas, or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
10 Intellectual property
The app, the Tymbre name and logo, the CLEAR scoring method, and everything we create around the service are
owned by salecki.digital and protected by law. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable,
revocable right to use the app. They do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
11 Disclaimers
Tymbre is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant
that the analysis is error-free, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will produce any specific
result. Coaching output is guidance, not a guarantee.
12 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, salecki.digital is not liable for indirect or consequential
loss, lost opportunities, or loss of data beyond what the law requires us to bear. Nothing in these terms
limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer under Polish
and EU law.
13 Withdrawal and refunds
As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Tymbre is digital
content that begins immediately, by starting to use a paid feature you ask us to begin performance at once
and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal for the part already provided.
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request a
refund from Apple through your account, and you can always contact us at
hi@salecki.digital and we will help where we can.
14 Termination
You can stop using Tymbre at any time and delete your account from inside the app, which removes your data.
We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms or use the service unlawfully. Where the
law requires notice or a chance to fix the issue, we will give it.
15 Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves or the law changes. We will update the date above and, for
material changes, give reasonable notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you
accept them.
16 Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of the
country where you live. Disputes fall to the competent Polish courts. As a consumer you may also use the EU
Online Dispute Resolution platform at
ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
